Dear Marc,

As per our ongoing partnership for the ice rinks, I have written some comments about Keith Lambert and the team.

Keith Lambert and the Carrier Rental Systems' Team

Part of our contract with ITV / Granada media for the smash hit Dancing on Ice, requires us to provide 2 quality championship standard ice surfaces for the programme - after all it has to good enough for the legendry Torvil and Dean!

For the past 3 series and indeed the 4th; Carrier Rental Systems will be providing the chiller package for both the main rink and practice rink at Elstree Film studios.

However it does not just stop at the chillers, Carrier Rental Systems provide to Cousins Entertainment a team of staff including our own dedicated engineer on call 24hr 7days a week - Mr. Keith Lambert.

Keith's dedication to this project is second to none; in fact we have an un-written agreement with ITV that he will be our engineer for the series, this is an illustration of the high regard within our company and that of ITV!

Keith is always on the end of the phone once things are underway, should we have a problem and rare that it is he will be there within a few hours - at any time of day or night, should the problem need his attention on site.

During the build stages Keith is always on time and never clock watches - he is there until the job is done; having said that this is true of all of the Carrier Rental Systems' team. Keith is keen to help and indeed sometimes mucks in elsewhere on the project if he finds himself waiting for us to complete our end of things.

Keith is a regular face at Dancing on Ice during the 16 weeks that we are at Elstree; he carries out regular checks on both rinks and is even given an AAA pass for the series - as such is his popularity at the set!

Keith is a very special member of the Carrier team; he is polite, punctual, reliable with a great work ethic and approach to his job.

We at Cousins Entertainment Ltd are always pleased when we hear that Lambo (His nick name) is on the team!
