Manufacturing Customer Requirement:

An Air Conditioning & Refrigeration contractor approached the specialist Dry Air Cooler Hire provider - Carrier Rental Systems with a requirement for a Dry Air Cooler Hire in Basildon Essex. The existing unit was at the end of its 12 year life and the Manufacturing Plant needed a solution that could be integrated with the existing process design and it required a variable speed fan to control the varying temperatures. Without this solution they would be unable to continue to test and manufacture, which would ultimately result in letting customers down and a loss of revenue.

Bespoke Rental Package in Basildon Essex:

Our local area manager arranged to meet with the contractor to discuss the requirements and how to integrate the Dry Air Cooler Hire with the existing process line. CRS’s solution was to provide a 450kw Dry Air Cooler, with a BMS link to remote start the inverter controlled fan.

Planned Response from Carrier Rental Systems:

The solution was agreed with the customer, and it was arranged that the Dry Air Cooler hire package would be delivered via a HIAB lorry to Basildon Essex the next day. It was then installed, connected to their BMS system, tested, commissioned and left running by lunchtime that day.
